My goal with this website is to list, describe, and picture the books from every 19th century juvenile series, set and library. It is an update and major expansion of the 2003 "A Bibliography of 19th Century Children's Series Books". Of course, the goal and the reality may very well turn out differently.

The benefit of having this information online is that new information can be added easily. The inevitable errors can be corrected quickly. Over time, new publishers, series and pictures will be added.
