Home Circle Library
Published by A. Tompkins/ Tompkins and Company
Two different Home Circle Libraries were published.
In 1860 The Home Circle Library was published by A. Tompkins. It
included five books as did the Tompkins and Company 1863 series. The
books are the same but several of the titles are different with a
juxtaposition of the subtitle and the title. Note that the subtitle of
Marion Lester changed between the series.

There is nothing on/in the individual books that indicates that they
are part of a series. The titles were not part of this series when
initially published. The box that these books came in would have been
labeled to indicate the series name.
