Advertisements note that this series was to be completed in six
volumes. It appears that only four titles were written.
In the mid-1880's this series was also called the Field and Forest
Series. I have not seen any books which have this series name.
Cloth. Brown. Front cover noted title, floral decoration and a picture
of a boy climbing a tree. Covers are the same for all of the titles.
Gilt lettering on the spine. Numerous illustrations. 12 mo.
