Porter & Coates first published this series in 1875. These
titles are all reprints. This series is listed as a new juvenile set
for 1875 but it appears that most of the books are not for juveniles.
These books were published in a blindstamped format but not
within a series in about 1867. After this series was published, these
titles were printed in several Porter & Coates publisher's series.
