This is pre-1866 Series that was published into the 1890's.
The first format was published between 1863-1866. Dill was at the 24
Beekman address between 1859-1866.
McLoughlin Bros. was at 30 Beekman between 1863 and 1869.
Three formats seen:
Earlier: Wraps.Book appropriate cover picture. 6.125" x 9.75". 10 pages
This is a later edition of the first format. No address is noted on the cover. (1870-1872)
Later format: Wraps. Book appropriate cover picture.
These
ads note Aunt Louisa's Big Picture Series has 35 titles. In 1873 there
were 31 titles. Uncle Ned's Picture Books was listed in the 1873
catalogue thus this format must have been published in about 1873.
Latest format features book appropriate pictures on the cover. It was published in the late 1880's-1890's.
