This series was printed by Phinney, Blakeman & Mason in about 1860 and reprinted by Blakeman & Mason in 1862. Oakley & Mason published these volumes (not seen) and later Mason, Baker & Pratt published the series. Phinney & Co., a Buffalo firm published this set in 1859 and Ingham & Bragg, a Cleveland company, also printed the series.
