This six book series was first published by D. Lothrop & Co. in 1882. In 1881 a 24 picture-book series of the same name was advertised. The format and titles in this latter series are unknown. They are advertised as having chromo covers.
#2 and #5 first appeared in 1879 in "Babyland".
