Advance Edition (1895-1900)
Two formats of this series have been seen. Priority is still not known. (7.5 x 5.25) These books were also published as two volume boxed sets for 75 cents each. By 1898 there were 200 titles in the series.
Aetna Series (late 1890's)
This is a 300 title series. The books are 7.5 x 5. This series was published in the late 1890's. It was subsequently published by the Donohue Brothers and M. A. Donohue and Company. Multiple cover colors have been seen.
Alpine Edition (1895-1900)
Starting in 1895 these gilt top, blind stamped books are 7.5 x 5. Their covers are silk cloth and they are stamped in gold. There are 150 titles in this series. The individual books cost 50 cents each.
The books in this series (similar to the Advance Series) were also published in two volume boxed sets. The sets cost $1.00 each.
Caxton Series 1890
This series was published in 1890. These books have been seen in a number of colors. The books were 50 cents each.

Dresden Handy Volume Classics (1896)
These books have been seen with a number of different right sided cover cover decorative patterns. All of the books came in a labeled box.
There are 50 books in this series. The series is broken down into three subsets. There is a five volume Devotional Series, a 17 volume Poetical Series and a 28 volume Essays and Belles Lettres' Series. The books cost 75 cents each.
Gem Edition (1894-1898)
This series was published between 1894 and 1898. There are 60 books in this series. It comprises the "latest works of fiction... and standard romances". The books are 6.5 x 4, cloth, and cost 25 cents each.
Handy Volume (1894-1900)
This series was started in 1894. Three formats were noted. The books
are 4.5 x 6.5.

2. Cloth stamped in gold, gilt top. (blind stamped) -75 cents (not
pictured)
3. Half crushed Seal, fancy Linings, Gilt Top- $1.50

Kenmore Edition (1895-1900)
This series contained 100 titles. These books are bound in "polished Buckram cloth" with gold gilt tops. These 12 mo. books cost $1.00 each.
Library Edition (1895-)
These books were only sold in sets of individual author's titles.
Bound in extra cloth with stamped gold.
Padded Cloth (Suede) 1895

Full Red Russia Leather Series (1896)
This 36 volume series includes a number of poetry reprints.
Standard Popular Priced Books (1897)
This is an all encompassing series' title for a number of authors'
sets. Included in these books are those by Dickens, George Eliot,
Thomas Hughes, etc.
The books are 12 mo and were sold in sets only at various prices.
Thornward Series
This is a series of 12 mo. blind stamped volumes. Note that the base of the spine has Thornward Edition noted.
Venetian Edition of Popular Standards (1895)
This 25 title series has books that are 7.5 x 5. These books were boxed.
Watered Silk Series
This forty title series of classic fiction and poetry are bound in "Genuine Moired Silk" with gold stamping. The books are 5.75 x 4.25, boxed and cost $1.00 each.
