Format 2 Volumes 1-3 Published by Porter & Coates for about a year and then H. T. Coates & Co. beginning in 1895.

Note that copies I have seen with Porter & Coates on the title page are transition copies and have the HTC monogram (for Henry T. Coates) on the base of the spine.

Cloth. Cover picture of an Indian hunter on the cover. Spine has gilt letter box and a deer picture.
