Once the second title was published by J. P. Skelly & Co. in
1870, this became a two volume series.
The two volumes were not ever sold as a boxed set.
James A. Moore published these books in 1877 in its "Kindly Library".
Skelly published editions of this series in 1870, 1871, 1872 and
1873. Only the 1873 book has been seen.
