In 1882 these three titles were listed as a series by H. B. Nims & Co. By 1884 they were noted to be in its "Young Folk's Histories-New Series"
Although these volumes are listed in the catalogues, there is no evidence that Nims ever published them.
#2 and #3 had been previously published by Estes & Lauriat and D. Lothrop & Co. in the "Great Cities of the World Series". It is doubtful that #1 existed.
