This series was introduced by Anson D. F. Randolph & Co. in 1879.
Books #1-3 were sold in a three volume boxed set. Volumes #1-6 were
also sold in a three volume boxed set. Both sets were sold through
through 1887. The books are all reprints.
From 1888 into the late 1890’s the "Golden Threads Series" contained #1, 2 and 6
By 1890-1891 Volumes 3, 4 and 5 were part of the "Jack and Rosy Library". They were published in 1888-1889 as a boxed set without a named series.
