Geo. A. Leavitt also sold thee books as sets of three, Volumes 1-3 boxed and volumes 4-6 boxed.
By 1873 the six volumes, without a change in format, were divided into two sets. Volumes #1-3 were called the ”Fight it Out Series" and volumes #4-6 were called the "Monitor Series" and each three volume series was also sold as a boxed set.
