In 1876 H. B. Nims & Co. added the first two titles to the third
book (published in 1872) to make this series.
The series was continued into the early 1880's. Thereafter only volume
#3 was printed. By 1887 Volume #3 was being published by Nims &
Knight.
"Helps Over Had Places. Stories for Boys" was copyrighted and
published by the American Tract Society in 1862.
"Helps Over Had Places. Stories for Girls" was copyrighted and
published by the American Tract Society in 1862.
