Released as a three volume series in 1870. But earlier in 1870 the
titles were published in non series form. As noted below two formats
have been seen. It is unclear at this time as to which is the series
format.
The E. Claxton & Co. editions have not been seen.
Two formats. Both have 1870 title page imprints.
Cloth. Various colors. The spines of the books are identical with gilt lettering and decorations.
One book is blindstamped whereas the other has a black line drawn
decorative pattern. No priority at this time. 6.5" x 4.5"
