D. Lothrop & Co. introduced this series in the mid 1880's. Later
D. Lothrop Company published these books into the 1890's.
Titles #2-5 made up the Little Folks' Quartos in 1884. Titles #1-5
were in the "Winter Day Series" in 1887.
