The format for the first three publishers is the same except for varying types of cloth.

Cloth. Various colors seen. Blindstamped with embossed pattern. Spine
has gilt decoration, series title, book title and publisher. 6" x
4.5"
The Crosby, Nichols, Lee & Co. boxed set cost $1.50.
The base of the spine for the reprint publishers notes Crosby,
Nichols, Lee and Co. This latter firm published these books in
1860-1861.
