These books were previously published by Edward Dunigan as well as
John McLoughlin (as a 12 book series).

The only 24 Beekman Street book that I have seen is the cloth bound
book shown below. Early 1863-1869 editions note 30 Beekman Street on
the title page. The earliest format 2 books note the 30 Beekman Street
address on the title page but the later Format 2 books do have an
address on the title page.
This series was published into the mid 1870's. In 1875 "Mrs. Hale’s
Juveniles" series consisted of six clothbound titles. They had 16
colored pictures with 128 pages.
