These books are all reprints. Copyrighted by Merriam & Moore in 1850. Both Merriam, Moore & Co. as well as Moore & Nims advertised this series. I have not seen any of these volumes that were published by those firms.
Merriam & Moore published "The Child's Museum" with the "Fence"
cover. It includes the contents of several of the Milner Toy books.
Later #5 and #6 were reprinted in "Loss and Recovery" which is a book
in the "Sherwood Juveniles".
Woodcut illustrations
There are three formats.

Wraps. Cover has an illustration of a man and a Boy in front of a

This cover was also used by Merriam, Moore & Co. (Child's casket). Interestingly the Merriam, Moore & Co. book seen with this cover also has the Merriam & Moore Milner Toys advertisement on the back cover. This may be evidence that the Fence cover is later than the Mountain scene cover.
