The first two books in the series were published by Roberts Brothers.
Later Hamlin wrote three other books which were published by Little,
Brown & Co., two of which clearly are part of this series. "Nan’s
Chicopee Children" was published in 1900 and "Persis Putnam’s
Treasure; or, Nan's Girls at Camp Chicopina" in 1908. In 1902
"Catherine's Proxy" was published. It is unclear whether this was part
of the series.
Illustrated
The Little, Brown publications are not included here.
Cloth. Various colors. Gilt cover lettering. Volume 1 has a picture of Nan in gilt. Volume 2 has a black line drawn picture of Nan.
