Two combination books each containing two titles were also published. One contained the Flower and the Fruit. The other had Seed and Grass. There was one volume that contained all four titles also published.

Illustrated

Although none of these books have been seen, the other "small books" series have been seen with marbled boards as well as blindstamped cloth with gilt cover lettering.
