Mershon published the first two titles in this series. The first edition of volume #1 was published by The Stitt Company. The Mershon Company published the first edition of title #2 and reprinted #1 in 1906. Chatterton-Peck Company reprinted #1-2. Grosset & Dunlap copyrighted and printed the first editions of titles #3-6.

(Of interest is that although #2 (Rivals) was published in 1906, the Mershon imprint is the older (pre-1902) one used before Rahway was included on the title page. It is unknown whether a later title page with both Rahway and New York exists for this title.)
