Hazard had previously printed all of these titles in non series
formats. The earlier books were all blindstamped with gilt edges.
Cloth. Blindstamped. Green seen. Gilt spine lettering and book
appropriate picture. 7" x 5".
A deluxe format in an antique Morocco binding also was sold.
None of these books have been seen.
