These books all appear to have been published by other firms prior
to the Pacific Press publications.
Pacific Press published two "Sunshine Series for Little Folks"
beginning as early as 1877. One series had ten books of 32 pages each
whereas the other series had 20 books of 16 pages each. The twenty book
series’ content was identical to the ten book series.
The titles known with their numbers are listed. The format of the books
of each series is the same. The twenty book series was not advertised
after 1879.
There is a volume "Little Will" that includes ten of the Little
Sunshine Series' books. 1. Little Will 2. Planted Dollar 3. The White
Dove 4. Beggar Joe 5. Jesus' Seat 6. Willie Wilson 7. Distrust 8.
