Derby and Miller published the first two books in this series in
1853. The titles are reprints with the first editions published by H.
Dayton.
In 1854 Derby and Miller co-published the three volume set with Derby,
Orton & Mulligan. Later in 1854 Miller, Orton & Mulligan
printed the three book set. It also published an edition in 1856.
