Wideawake Library

The Widewawake Library is a Mershon Company publisher series that was started in about 1901. In 1905 the Stitt Company published the set in a second format and the same format was used by Mershon in 1906.

It is unknown at this time whether there were other formats for the "Wideawake Series"

The first list that I have seen is just below. This is for Format 1.

This cover was published with both the the earlier title page and the post 1902 title page:

The Wood Ranger title page is 1902 or later. An example of a pre-1902 title page is also shown.

In 1902 the list for the Library was expanded.

In 1906 the Mershon Company format changed and a new list was formed. The Stitt Company used this format in 1905.
