Published by Derby and Miller in 1851, 1852 and 1853. The 1853 and
1854 editions were co-published with Derby, Orton & Mulligan.
Miller, Orton and Mulligan subsequently published these titles in
1854-1856. Henry W. Derby Cincinnati published these books in 1855.
Miller, Orton & Co. published these two books in 1857. Derby and
Miller, New York published these titles in 1859. Later C. M. Saxton
and Saxton, Barker & Co. did the series.
The first editions note 1851 on the title page without a number sold
notation.
