Not much is known about this publisher. I have seen publishing activity between 1852 and 1858.

In 1852 Henderson was at 164 Chestnut Street. By 1853 it had relocated to Fifth and Arch.
The picture below is Henderson's "Cheap Book Store" at fifth and Arch Streets.

At this time I am aware of five juvenile series. The "Illustrative juvenile books" which is noted in some ads is a listing of unrelated juvenile books published by Henderson. They have different formats.
