Most likely Ingham & Bragg published this series in 1864. The first three titles have been seen and they are all of a common format. (The Sunday School Union used the same format.)
There are no ads however that mention that this firm published the set's entire list. The books were printed by Nelson & Phillips, Phillips and Hunt, Carlton and Porter and the Sunday School Union.
