In 1868 Henry A. Young & Co. published the first editions of these six books which were sold as a boxed set. The titles were combined with "Aunt Hattie's Library for Girls" to make up a twelve book series ("Aunt Hattie’s Library") also sold as a boxed set. Later the set was published by Henry A. Sumner & Co.
