(Even though the ads first note this library in 1870 the title page of this format states 1869. Other books in 1869 are similar but do not have the gilt globe on the spine. Presumably these are earlier 1869 editions.)
A later edition has not been seen but most likely exists and is probably the same as the second format of the “Second Series".
