The first editions were published by J. C Garrigues & Co. Subsequently the books were reprinted by Garrigues Brothers.
Illustrated
The format for this series is the same as is seen for most all of the J. C. Garrigues & Co. as well as the Garrigues Bros. juveniles. The cover is blindstamped. The J. C. Garrigues & Co. books have J. C. & Co. embossed within an embossed G. The Garrigues Brothers books’ covers have a gilt Bro's. within a gilt G which is within a larger gilt circle.
The spine has the title and a picture in gilt lettering. 5" x 7".
