Andrew F. Graves introduced this series with the first three books early in 1869. By later in 1869 the series included Volumes #1-6 and was also divided into two subseries: Volumes #1-3 comprised “Corwin's Nest Series for Girls". Volumes #4-6 comprised "Corwin's Nest Series for Boys". The subseries were sold in three book boxed sets.

Early ads note the name of the series was "Birdlet's in Corwin's Nest"

Graves & Ellis published this series in 1871-1872. (This format not seen.)
Andrew F. Graves printed the series between 1873-1876.
