The books in this series were copyrighted by Henry A. Young & Co. in 1871. They are first editions. This series was reprinted by Young & Bartlett in 1874-1875 and thereafter was republished by Henry A. Young.
The six books of this series were combined with the six books of the "Happy Home Stories for Girls" to form the twelve volume (boxed Set) "Happy Homes for Boys and Girls".
The 1874-1875 Young & Bartlett edition had the same format as the earlier Henry A. Young & Co. copies. A later Henry A. Young & Co,. edition (post 1875) has not been seen.
