editions of volumes #1-3. The three books were also sold as boxed set.
Henry A. Young & Co. added the first editions if #4 and #5 and
reprinted numbers 1-3. Henry A. Sumner & Co. reprinted the set

Editions were published by Graves & Young in 1865 (Volumes #1),
1866 (Volumes #1-2) and 1867 (Volumes #1-3).
Henry A. Young published the books in 1868 (Volumes #1-4). 1869 (Volumes #1-5), 1872 (Volumes #1-5)
