The first editions of these books were published by Andrew F. Graves in 1859 and 1860. Graves printed editions in 1861, 1863 and in 1868 and about 1870 (after the dissolution of Graves & Young).
Graves & Young published this set in 1865. The latter books for the most part were co-published with Sheldon & Co.
