The first editions of these books were published by Andrew F. Graves in 1859 and 1860. Graves printed editions in 1861, 1863, 1868 and in the mid-1870's (after the dissolution of Graves & Young).
Graves & Ellis editions have not been seen but were published in 1871-1872.
Graves & Young published this set in 1865.
