Published by McCauley & Kilner/ H. L. Kilner & Co.
H.L. Kilner & Co. and McCauley & Kilner both published "Premium Libraries". H. L. Kilner & Co printed three series of the "Premium Library". The first series had seven volumes, the second series had eight volumes and the third series had six volumes.
McCauley & Kilner only printed one advertised seven title set of a "Premium Library". The titles were different from the H. L. Kilner & Co. set.
