This series was introduced by A. L. Burt with volumes #1-25 in 1898. In 1900 book #26 was added to the series. The series was discontinued in 1903. In 1905 a new Round Table Series was published by A. L. Burt Company. It only had books authored by G. A. Henty.
Books published between 1898 and early 1900 note the 97 Reade Street address in the back ads. In 1900 and later the ads note the 52-58 Duane Street address. The imprint on the title page was A. L. Burt until 1902. In 1902 and later the imprint was A. L. Burt Company.
