Sampson & Co. had printed this set. Rickey, Mallory & Co.
(1860), Crosby, Nichols, Lee and Company (1861), and Lee and Shepard
(1863) also published this series.
The Perkins' books were co-published with Phinney, Blakeman &
Mason and H. P. Lawrence of Ogdensburg.
