Introduced as a series by Henry A. Young & Co. in 1872. The titles in this series were combined with the titles in "Clarence's Library" to form the twelve volume "Little Favorite's Library".
All of the books seen have a "Little Favorite's Library" illustrated title page.
Illustrated
Cloth. Blindstamped with embossed cover pattern. Various colors. Spine notes the title of the book in gilt. 4.5" x 3". Sold as a boxed set.
(It is likely that there is a later format with an applique picture on the cover - post-1873 but it has not been seen at this time.)
